Everything was very good, unbeatable location very close to the beautiful square as well as Old Town and "Jewish" Quarter, unforgettable experience. The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well-equipped and brand-new as in the bathroom.

Great location, just minutes away from the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I loved the modern interior and the cozy courtyard where I could relax and enjoy my morning coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for a enjoyable stay.
There was no elevator, which made carrying my luggage a bit challenging. , the noise from the street and indoor courtyard could be a bit bothersome at times.

Lovely and spotless hotel. The staff who served us were professional. Best possible location in the center of the old town. Nice hot breakfast. Other services were exceptional. I highly recommend Apartamenty Platinia - Komfortowe Noclegi Krakow Stare Miasto in Krakow. Its location in the center of the old town is unbeatable, and the hot breakfast served was delicious. the other services provided were exceptional.

We were really surprised by the magical entrance to the apartments at Apartamenty Platinia - Komfortowe Noclegi. The outside space was enchanting. the staff were really good too make our anniversary special by arranging a beautiful bouquet of roses for my wife. The location was superb, with the main square just a few minutes away, and Kazimirz within a 5-minute walk. The shower was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the added amenities like a kettle and complimentary water in our room. we had a fantastic stay.
